The Firm’s Immigration Lawyers represent foreign staff and expatriates of multinational companies, local conglomerates and foreign businessmen doing business in the Philippines in their applications with the Department of  Labor  and Employment (DOLE), Philippine Export Processing Zone (PEZA) and other agencies for alien employment permits,  special working permits, provisional work permits, and applicable visas with the Bureau of Immigration and/or the Department of Justice. The Firm also assists local clients for dual citizenship issues before government agencies including courts and administrative agencies   handling  and  petitions for the acquisition of Philippine citizenship as well as  provides legal representation before government agencies involved in the enforcement of immigration and  labor  laws affecting aliens.
