Election Law

The Firm acts as counsel to elective officials during campaign and election periods. The Firm's services include organizing and facilitating pre-election seminars and orientation of watchers, legal assistance in the counting of ballots, canvassing, pre-proclamation controversies, disqualification proceedings, election protests, quo warranto proceedings and other election proceedings. The Firm advises on all aspects of the Omnibus Election Code and other election laws, rules and regulations.
