The Firm advises and assists clients on land acquisition and development projects. It has been involved in major real estate transactions and projects, including condominium developments. Among other transactions, the Firm has assisted Rockwell Land Corporation and Century City Development Corporation in connection with the development of several condominium and commercial centers.

The Firm handles land registration and titling cases for its clients, including First Gen Corporation and its subsidiaries, and the Manila North Tollways Corporation. The Firm assists clients in connection with applications with the Philippine Export Zone Authority ("PEZA") for incentives as available to ecozone developers or locators.

The Firm also advises and assists clients on nationality restrictions on ownership and use of land, and specific issues relating to the rights of indigenous peoples over ancestral lands. The Firm has assisted SN Aboitiz Power and its subsidiaries in securing appropriate consents from indigenous peoples affected by its acquisition of power plants from the National Power Corporation.
