The Firm offers a wide range of services in the field of environmental law and advises clients on environmental issues that impact on various commercial transactions. The Firm's involvement in various infrastructure, construction, energy, and mining projects enhances its environmental law practice and provides the base for the Firm's growing expertise in this area of practice. Services offered by the Firm include advising clients on environmental standards compliance issues and providing assistance and preparing documents required for such purpose (including assistance in complying with environmental policies of multi-lateral institutions such as the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation. The Firm also represents clients in administrative proceedings and hearings required for securing environmental approvals, permits, and licenses.

Mr. Roderico V. Puno and Mr. Julito R. Sarmiento head the Firm's environmental law practice. The Firm has acted as counsel on various environmental issues for, among others, Aboitiz Power Corporation, SN Aboitiz Power, Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation and First Gas Power Corportation.
